1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Tokenota (TNOTA) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Tokenota is an ERC-20 utility token on Base/Arbitrum L2 networks designed for the educational platform. The token is used to reward students, pay for lessons, and facilitate an education-based economy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to use this platform. By using the platform you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. Wallet & Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Tokenota has no access to your wallet and cannot recover lost credentials.
5. Risks
Cryptocurrency and tokens carry inherent risks including but not limited to: price volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, and regulatory changes. You assume all risks associated with using the platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to manipulate the token price, exploit smart contract vulnerabilities, or use automated bots to interact with the platform without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tokenota is provided "as is" without warranties. The team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or token.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
